Basis: Ezra 3:1-7, 10-13

Memory Verse: Ezra 3:11

Lesson Aim: The goals of this lesson are that we will:

Outline the history of Judah’s exile to Babylon and return to Jerusalem.
Summarize the behaviors of those who had returned from exile in light of their fear, joy, and sorrow.
Write a prayer that identifies an area where fear must be overcome so that godly service is not hindered.
