TRIUMPHANT AND VICTORIOUS

BIBLE BASIS: ZECHARIAH 9:9; MATTHEW 21:1–11

BIBLE TRUTH: Jesus deserves all the honor.

MEMORY VERSE: “And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David:  Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the  Lord; Hosanna in the highest” (Matthew  21:9, KJV).

LESSON AIM: By the end of the lesson, we will:

• EXPLAIN why so many gathered to acknowledge Jesus as Lord and King;
• EXPRESS a willingness to always honor Jesus through our everyday actions; and
• REPENT of the times when we have not given Jesus the honor due to Him.
